Dear Reader,
It’s Wednesday. Welcome to the forty-third edition of 5 Boring Observations.
You might want to sit down for this one. Last week’s poll resulted in a tie. The two observations found equally to be most boring were:
“One thing is the Magna Carta.”
and
“Libraries house books.”
If only I had the foresight to observe that “one thing the British Library houses is the Magna Carta”. Can you imagine the level of boredom such a statement would have inspired? It’s okay if you can’t because it might be a level of boredom that’s unimaginable.
A thank you to all who voted and shared thoughts in the comments.
Without further ado, here are this week’s 5 boring observations:
Memories are many.
Flavors can be tasty.
Yesterday occurred.
A balloon once popped.
Retail prices get suggested.
The poll will be active for a week, if you need some time to think. Other than that, there’s some housekeeping below, followed by one boring photo.
Thank you very much for your time.
Sincerely,
Ikechukwu Ufomadu
Some Housekeeping:
First - a little heads up that I’ll be filming my live show Amusements in New York (City) come early October. More on that soon. But for now - just a little heads up.
Additionally, I’ll be working out some new jokes and bits at these shows, on these dates, at these times:
Thursday, August 28th at 8:30pm - Lala Dada at Starr Barr
Friday, September 5th at 8:30pm - Weird Brown Idiots at Brooklyn Comedy Collective
Wednesday, September 10th at 9:30pm - Friends with Caveats at Caveat
still a few days to go in the polling, but i can't remember seeing such a lopsided vote percentage in any of the 42 previous editions. still time though
